Athletes can access their own personal part of AthletaDesk. In the Athlete Portal, they'll be able to see their lesson schedule, past attendance, practice log, etc. They cannot see your private information or other athletes lessons/details.

Prior to sending Athlete Portal login information, we recommend you add a login page to your website.

If you've created a website using the AthletaDesk website builder, be sure to add a "Login Page". Click here for instructions.

If you're using a third party website, add the login widget to your site. Click here for instructions.

There are two ways to send athletes their login information:

1) Send an Individual Athlete their Login Details To send athletes their login information, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to "Athletes" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click the blue "Zoom" button to the left of their name.
  3. Select the "Options" tab (rightmost).
  4. Use the "Send Login" button to send the login information to the athlete (or parent if applicable).
Note: This feature is only available if you have provided an email address for the athlete (or parent). The athlete's login name is their email address, without an email address they will not be able to log in. For adult athletes, use the "Send Login" for the parent. This will give them access to the "Account & Invoices" menu.

2) Send Multiple Athletes their Login Details in Bulk To send multiple athletes their login information at once, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to "Athletes" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Use the checkboxes beside the athlete's names to select multiple athletes.
  3. At the top of the page, click the yellow "Email" button.
  4. From the menu that appears, select either "Send Athlete Login Info" or "Send Parent Login Info" to send either athlete or parent login information respectively.

A popup window will appear that allows you to confirm the recipients before sending the login information. This method can only be used to setup new athlete login information. If the athlete was previously assigned a password, AthletaDesk will not resend it using this method. For adult athletes, use the "Send Parent Login Info" for the parent. This will give them access to the "Account & Invoices" menu.
