Yes, AthletaDesk gives you the ability to create and assign athletes to "Groups". Athletes can belong to one or multiple groups at any given time. Simply create a group and add the athletes you wish. Once you have a group created, you can quickly email the entire group at once. You can also use groups when scheduling events. Gone are the days of creating an event and having to add athletes individually.

To create a group:

  1. Navigate to "Athletes" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click the purple "Tools" button found at the top of the screen and select "Assign to Group" from the drop-down menu.
  3. Select an existing group from the drop-down menu or click "New Group" to create a new one.
  4. Click "Save".

To email a group:

  1. Navigate to "Athletes" from the main menu (on the left hand side).
  2. Click on the "Email" button and select "New Email" from the drop down.
  3. On the right hand side of the "To" field, click on the "Select" drop-down menu and choose the group you wish to email from the drop-down list.
