How do I send the invoice(s) that I created?
After creating one or many invoices, it's a cinch to get them emailed off to your families. Here's what you need to do:
- Navigate to "Families & Invoices" from the main menu on the left.
- Select the "Invoices" tab at the top of the page.
- Locate the invoices that are unpaid and click the checkbox beside one, many or all of your invoices.
- Click the yellow "Email" button.
- Select "Invoice Email" from the "Type" drop down menu.
- Click "Send".
Note: If you are sending your invoices in bulk, every recipient is BCCed by default and all of the recipients will receive their own personalized email with their invoice attached.
