If you are trying to edit an existing custom email template, please follow these instructions:

  1. Click on "Settings" in the top right-hand corner and select "Business Settings" from the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the "Email & SMS" tab. All of AthletaDesk's system email templates are located on the right-hand side of the screen under the heading "Custom Email Templates".
  3. To edit any of the existing custom email templates, click on the "Edit" button (blue pencil icon) to the left of the template name and make any changes necessary.
  4. Preview your changes by clicking the "Preview" button
  5. Click "Save" when done.
