Your instructors can reset their passwords by clicking the “Forgot Your Password” link found below the login widget on your AthletaDesk website. Login passwords can also be reset by visiting https://app.athletadesk.com/ResetPassword.aspx

You can also reset this on behalf of the instructor.

To do this:

  1. Navigate to "Instructors & Admins" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Click the blue "Edit" button to the left of the instructor's name.
  3. Click the blue "Change Password" button.
  4. Type the new password you would like to use in the "New Password" text box provided and then retype your new password in the "Confirm Password" text box provided (these must match).
    **Keep in mind, the password is case sensitive and must be at least six characters in length.**
  5. Click "Save".

Once this is done, your instructor will be able to login to their account with the new password.
