If your business requires families to sign a policy agreement before registering, AthletaDesk can shorten the process by linking it to your athlete sign-up form.

If you have an AthletaDesk website:

  1. Navigate to "Website" from the main menu on the left.
  2. Select the "Pages" tab.
  3. Click on the blue "Edit" button to the left of your student sign-up form.
  4. At the "Custom Fields" section, click the "Add Field" button.
  5. On the "Form Field Editor", click the "Type" field and select "Policy Agreement" from the drop-down menu.
  6. Fill out the remaining fields with the correct information.
  7. Click "OK".
  8. When finished, scroll to the bottom of the page and click "Save".
Note: AthletaDesk hosted websites can link to a PDF in your Media Library. Begin typing the title of the file in the URL field and select one of the options that appear.

If you are using the registration widget on a third-party website:

  1. Navigate to "Website" from the main menu on the left.
  2. From the "Custom Fields" section, click the "+ Add Field" button.
  3. On the "Form Field Editor", click the "Type" field and select "Policy Agreement" from the drop-down menu.
  4. Fill out the remaining fields with the correct information.
  5. Click "OK".
