When moving from another system to AthletaDesk, it is possible to import all of your athletes' data and contact information. However, your schedule, invoicing and expense data cannot be imported. To make the transition smoother, we recommend picking a date to make a fresh start in AthletaDesk. Before closing your account with the system you are moving from, run all financial records/statements needed for year end. When tax time rolls around, you will simply need to add up the totals from your previous system and AthletaDesk.
